Pre-Orders​
How do Lovelorn July pre-orders work?
Our pre-order system allows you to reserve a piece before it enters production. This helps us produce responsibly while avoiding over-manufacturing. Pre-orders open for a limited time and will include an estimated delivery window on each product page.
Can I cancel or change a pre-order?
Because pre-orders are made specifically for you, cancellations or changes are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window, the piece is placed into production and cannot be adjusted.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my correct size?
Each garment includes a detailed size guide, measurements and fit notes. If you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size to allow for ease and comfort. Our team is always available for personalised sizing assistance.
Will you offer petite, tall or extended sizing?
We are actively working towards expanding our size range as we grow. Lovelorn July is committed to inclusive and thoughtful design, and extended sizing forms part of our long-term development plan.

Do you ship internationally?

How long will my order take to arrive?
Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 2–4 business days. Pre-order pieces will ship within their estimated time frame, which is listed on the product page and in your order confirmation.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for full-priced, unworn garments with original tags attached. Due to their exclusive nature, pre-order and limited-release items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns. Full policy details can be found on our Returns page.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes—if the item is in stock. Exchanges depend on product availability due to our limited production runs. If a size is unavailable, a store credit may be offered instead.
Garment Care
How do I care for my Lovelorn July pieces?
We recommend gentle, cool-temperature handwashing for most garments, especially those made from delicate fabrics. Detailed care instructions are included on every label and product page to help preserve your piece’s longevity.

We work with a combination of Australian makers and trusted offshore partners who specialise in small-run, high-quality production. Each collection may feature different manufacturing partners depending on the techniques required.

How often do you release new collections?
Lovelorn July works on a slow, poetic rhythm. We release two seasonal collections per year, with limited monthly drops that allow each piece to be considered, crafted and cherished.
Are your pieces limited release?
Yes. Many styles are produced in small quantities to maintain exclusivity, minimise waste and honour the craftsmanship of each garment.
